THe Crucible
The Crucible is the premier Ohio Leadership Training Track. Over the four years, boys will grow Mentally, Spiritually, and Socially.
Year 1 is the "Rite of Passage." Boys and Fathers will learn what it means to be a "Man of God" they were designed to be. Fathers and Sons will complete activities side by side throughout the camp. At the end of the camp, each boy will receive their Father's Blessing.
Year 2 is Modern Day Knight - Raising Men of Honor. Boys will learn what it means to be a Modern Day Knight and participate in medieval games and activities. At the conclusion of the camp, each boy will be knighted.
Year 3 is A Servant's Heart - Serving Others as He Serves You. Boys will learn what it means to be a servant not only to God but to their fellow man. Boys will have dedicated classroom time and then assist in the other groups' activities.
Year 4 is coming in February 2026! Stay tuned for more information as we work through the details. A speaker and theme have been decided! All four years will need to be completed in order to receive the completion award.

A fourth-year track for the Crucible is will be launching in February of 2026. If you attended all three previous years, you won't want to miss this. After completing the fourth year, participants will be given a completion award.
